THE NEW WORKER

The Weekly paper of the New Communist Party of Britain
Week commencing 6th April 2018

The Fighting Fund

Even though this week brought in a bumper £1,100 in donations to the fighting fund we, once again, failed to hit our £3,500 target for the month. The grand total for March was £2,890 which left us with a short-fall of £610 which we can only hope will be made up in the run-up to May Day.

Many thanks to all who helped us on our way this week including a tenner from a Carlisle supporter, a fiver PayPaled by another, and £2 from a Brixton pensioner. while £46 was given by friends in memory of Neil Harris, whose funeral took place last week. The fighting fund keeps the New Worker on the road for another week putting the communist answer to the crisis back on the agenda throughout the labour movement. Every pound helps us maintain and expand the readership of the New Worker in the estates, factories and offices throughout Britain. Speed the day! Send your donations, big or small, to the New Worker Fund, PO Box 73, London SW11 2PQ. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to the New Worker.
