This week’s postbag brought in donations that added up to £657 thanks to supporters that included the comrades in the Mid-Essex Left Unity group who sent in £50 and the Southall comrades who raised £17 for the fighting fund at their last Cell meeting. A Cardiff supporter sent in £30 which was matched by PayPalled donations from East Anglian and Yorkshire readers. The June fighting fund now stands at £1,194 and we now need £2,306 to hit our £3,500 target for the month.
We need to build the mass movement that can sweep the Tories out — the sooner the better — and the biggest weapon in our arsenal is the New Worker.
