This week’s donations came to £516. The running total for August has risen to £2,350 and the fighting fund now needs £1,150 to hit our target for the month. Special mention this week goes to a regular contributor in Carlisle who sent in £15, a new reader in the Netherlands who sent in £20 and an old friend in West Sussex who topped up her sub renewal with an extra £100 for the New Worker fund.
Not a day passes without reading more anti-Corbyn filth from Zionist and the Blairite gurus whose ravings are passed off as profound political thought in the bourgeois media . Our communist paper has a key role in challenging the lies of the fifth column within the labour movement and putting the communist answer to the capitalist crisis back on the workers agenda. But producing our paper costs money. Money we haven’t got. We can only rely on our supporters to keep our communist press rolling.
