This week’s postbag brought us a stomping £1,104 which pushed the total for September to £2,899 — a welcome boost but sadly still £601 short of our £3,500 target. Many thanks to all those who helped us on our way last week including the Shropshire supporter who PayPaled £20, the regular contributor from Essex who sent in £25, the Carlisle reader who gave us £15 and the Dunstable supporter who topped up her sub renewal with another tenner.
The October fighting fund starts now. Another change to make shortfalls a thing of the past and ensure that our communist paper lives to fight another day in these troubled times.
Our survival depends entirely on the support of our readers.
