The Weekly paper of the New Communist Party of Britain
Week commencing 16th November 2018
The November fighting fund got off to a flying start with £1,219 in the first week thanks to everyone who put £320 in the tin at the October Revolution celebration at the Party Centre last weekend and a retired civil servant who gave us £50 at the Remembrance Sunday ceremony at the Soviet War Memorial in Southwark on Sunday. Let’s keep it up to hit our £3,500 target for the month with, hopefully, a bit extra to make up for recent shortfalls! Every week the New Worker helps puts the communist answer to the crisis back on the workers’ agenda. But every time our presses roll we have to fork out for paper and ink and meet the general costs of the press shop to ensure the continued production of our communist weekly.
Every donation, big or small, counts in the struggle to keep the New Worker going. We rely on the contributions from everyone who supports our cause to maintain our machines, pay our full-time workers and keep our suppliers happy all through the year. Helping the fighting fund is an essential part of the struggle. We need £2,281 by the end of the month.
Help the cause by helping to build up the fighting fund.. Please send your donation to: New Worker Fund, PO Box 73 London SW11 2PQ.
