This week’s postbag brought us £675 which pushed the running total for the New Worker fighting fund up to £1,597. Many thanks to all our supporters who made special efforts to keep the fund ball rolling including the Eastbourne reader who donated £50 and the Southall comrades who raised £185 to mark the 90th birthday of their local stalwart, Alan Rogers!
We now need £1,903 to hit our £3,500 target for the end of March. We certainly need it. Fascists are on the march in the United States, Brazil and throughout Europe spreading their doctrine of hate that reflects the fear of the working class that the bourgeoisie, throughout the world, possess. Socialism is the only way out of the capitalist crisis and we’ve got to put the communist answer back on the working class agenda in Britain.
