Another £700 in the post this week including £40 from a comrade in Hammerwich, £30 from a Bucks supporter, £30 from a North Yorkshire comrade and another £30 from a regular contributor in Essex that pushed the needle up to £2,675. We now need to raise £825 to hit the fighting fund target for the month and we’ve got the May bank holiday weekend to do it.
Though origins of May Day go back to hallowed antiquity these days it is celebrated all over world as international workers day. This is the meaning of May Day for us and together we are starting the march forward again. Whether we live to see the day of victory is not important, what we can be certain of is that day will surely come and that future generations will thank us for laying the foundations of the new era on British soil.
