The Fighting Fund

The June appeal has kicked off with a stomping £1,650 in the bag thanks to a reader in eastern Europe who donated £1,000 to the fighting fund. A Southall comrade sent in £150 and a Welsh comrade posted £100 in memory of Alan Rogers. This magnificent start means we now only need to raise £1,850 to hit our target for June.

The New Worker was established to take the fight for peace and socialism into the factories, offices and estates in England, Scotland and Wales. Come what may we are still going strong but only due to the regular top ups from the fighting fund that have kept our presses rolling since 1977. We are the only communist weekly in the country and we’ve got plenty to say. Make sure of we do by sending much needed donations to:
