This week we received a bumper donation of £20 from a Bristol comrade for every year of our existence and as the New Worker was established in 1977 that came to £880! That pushed us over our target with a little to spare for a change. The grand total for July stands at £3,730 and the August fighting fund appeal starts now. We need £3,500 a month to keep our presses rolling and our suppliers quiet. Our voice is needed more than ever in these difficult times and we’ve got to get the New Worker back on the street to put the communist answer to the capitalist crisis back on the working class agenda. We are the only communist weekly in Britain. We need more readers, more supporters and more communist campaigners and it begins with money in the pot.. Every pound builds the resistance.
