The September appeal begins with £598 in the bag thanks to supporters like the regular contributor from Essex who sent in £30 and a Dagenham supporter who gave us £42. A Southall comrade donated £100 and we got a score from another in London. The September fighting fund now needs £2,902 to hit our monthly £3,500 target.

People are tired of austerity. People are sick of the mealy-mouthed leadership of Starmer and his Blairite gang. Resistance in growing and we’re part of it. The only answer to the crisis is socialism and we’ve go to make it.
