The first week of the June appeal kicks off with £815 in the bag thanks to a very generous £200 from a Southall comrade and £150 from a Guernsey reader. An old Essex friend sent in £30 and we got tenners from other supporters in south London, Kirkcaldy and Cornwall.
It’s a good start and we now need £2,685 by the end of the month to keep our presses rolling.
We stand by the people fighting the fascists in the Donbas. We stand by the people fighting for their freedom all over the world. We stand by the transport workers fighting for jobs, pay and pensions and by workers in all five continents struggling for peace and socialism.
