A reader whose maths is better than ours pointed out that we were £400 out in our last report. We, in fact, only needed £1,523 to hit our target for October. Sadly we didn’t get it. A last minute push for the last week of the October appeal brought in £960 but we missed our target by £463. Still many thanks to all those who helped us on our way including the veteran Essex supporter who gave us £100 and the Cleckheaton reader who topped up his sub renewal with an extra tenner.
The November fighting fund starts now and we need every penny to keep our communist paper going. Every week the New Worker argues the case for communism. Every week our communist weekly campaigns for peace and socialism. Your donations keep our suppliers happy and our presses rolling.
