The first week of the April appeal brought in £654 for the fighting fund. Yes we’ve got another mountain to climb to hit our £3,500 target but it will be well worth it if we do.
There’s not many communist journals in the Western world. We are, in fact, the only communist weekly in Britain. We’ve been on the streets since 1977 and we will continue to do so. But only with your help. We need it more than ever now. There’s bills to pay, a print shop to maintain and the wages of the printer to find. We can only rely on the support of our readers to keep going. You can guarantee our future survival by supporting the New Worker fighting fund.
