The April appeal closed with £1,005 in the bag and a total of £2,966 for the month – sadly £534 less than what we need every month to guarantee our survival. The fighting fund is the life-blood of our paper – still the only communist weekly in Britain. We fight to put the communist answer to the capitalist crisis back on the working class agenda. We need to keep our presses rolling.
Another world is possible. Not their world of oppression, poverty and exploitation but our world. The world of the people’s democracies we see in China, Cuba and Democratic Korea. The world built by the Vietnamese and Laotian revolutions and the better future that millions upon millions of communists are struggling to build all over the world.
