The May appeal closed with £450 in the bag giving us a grand total for the month of £3,346 for the fighting fund. Close but still £154 short of our target. Let’s see what we can achieve in June!
Rising costs, higher inflation, homelessness, unemployment and poverty. Not a day goes past without gloom and doom in the bourgeois press. They blame this all on Putin, the unions and the “economy” – and when that doesn’t work there’s always the ethnic minorities and the immigrants to scapegoat. But more and more working people are seeing through the lies of the ruling class. More and more want change.
The New Worker campaigns for a new world. A world in which the will of the masses, the workers, the toilers in the factories, offices and farms, is carried out. A world in which those who produce the entire wealth of the globe get the fruits of their labour. A socialist society where there are no slums, poverty or racism. A society where there are no classes, no exploiters, no bigotry and no war. A new and better world – the world Marx and Engels predicted and a world that will surely come to pass. Help us on the way.
