New Worker readers raised £1,220 for the fighting fund this week, pushing the needle up to £1,890 thanks to a Southall comrade who sent in £300 and another from Dagenham who gave us £60. A Kirkaldy supporter sent in £40 and a pillar of this appeal in Essex posted £30.We now need £1,610 to hit our August target!
Wherever the imperialists go death and destruction follow. Their greedy eyes focus on Niger whilst their minions ferment sectarian violence in the Middle East and prolong the senseless slaughter in Ukraine. But the people’s democracies and millions upon millions of working people in the Global South are closing ranks to resist them. We are part of that struggle.
