The Weekly paper of the New Communist Party of Britain
Week commencing 29th September 2023
The Weekly paper of the New Communist Party of Britain
Supporters sent in £643 to keep the New Worker going this week – like the £25 from a Merseyside reader and the two tenners from Manchester supporters. The September fighting fund now stands at £1,993. We now need £1,507 to hit our target for the month.
Our job is to get the communist voice back on the streets. To stand by the people of the Donbas fighting for freedom and the masses in the Global South charting their own independent way forward. To say there is a way out of the capitalist crisis. To spell out the socialist alternative.
Fund-raising has always been a crucial part of all communist campaigning. Without it the New Worker could not survive. Bourgeois papers are funded through advertising. We have to rely on our supporters to bridge the gap between the nominal cover charge and the real cost of producing our 12-page weekly. You can make a difference. The New Worker depends entirely on the support of readers determined to guarantee the life of the only communist weekly in Britain. All donations, big or small, help keep our presses rolling. Please send yours to: New Worker Fund, PO Box 73, London SW11 2PQ. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to the ‘New Worker’.
