The February fighting fund appeal has kicked off with £612 in the bag thanks to a veteran Essex supporter who sent in £50 and another from Ilford who gave £16. A Newcastle reader sent us a tenner and a Lancashire friend raised £46 for the fund. February is a short month but our target is still £3,500. We’ve got to raise £2,888 by the end of the month to hit it.
The labour movement is full of false prophets – the charlatans and posers who have plenty to say but achieve little or nothing for the labour movement they claim to represent. That’s why we have to campaign to make sure that the real voice of the communist movement is heard on the street.
