We had as bumper postbag this week. Supporters raised £1,375 for the fighting fund. The running total for February now stands at £1,987. We need £1,513 to hit our target for the month. Many thanks to all the comrades who’ve helped us on our way including the Uxbridge supporter who sent us £200 and the veteran communist from Ipswich who donated £500. A Colchester reader sent in £25 and another from South Essex gave us a tenner.
The Gaza crisis shows us what we’re up against – American imperialism and the lackeys in the British labour movement that do its bidding. From Palestine to the Donbas it’s one struggle against the enemy of all humanity. We campaign for peace and socialism – for a better tomorrow for all working people. And we depend entirely on the support of friends and comrades to keep the New Worker presses rolling. Keep on going! Keep up the fight!
