We’re on the second lap of the March appeal with £676 in the bag thanks to a Southall comrade who sent in £200, a Dagenham supporter who gave us a fiver and a Brixton pensioner who brought in his small change that added another six pounds to the collection. Banker’s orders, of course, are the foundation of all our efforts but as we need to raise a further £2,182 by the end of the month we are calling on all our friends to consider giving us a bit extra!
The New Worker is the only communist weekly in Britain. If you want to ensure that our voice is heard on the street send another contribution to the fighting fund today. Running a communist weekly is never easy at the best of times. We need a constant and generous flow of money to guarantee our survival. We want plenty more to effectively challenge the bureaucrats and careerists at the top of the union movement. So if you seriously want to get the word out to the millions sick of the Sunaks and Starmers that run our world help keep the New Worker going.
