The fighting fund for April has started with a tremendous boost from two veteran comrades – one who now lives in Eastern Europe sent in £1,500 and another, nearer home in East Anglia, gave us £500. Other contributions include £20 from a central London supporter, another £20 from a Welsh reader and a tenner from another in south London. The running total for the month is a stomping £2,450. We now need just £950 to hit our target by May Day.
Every pound helps in the battle to keep the New Worker going. Big or small, every penny counts in the fight to maintain our press and put the case for communism back on the street amongst the workers – where it belongs.
