The Fighting Fund

We’ve been very busy and the post was only collected once this week. We got £419, which closed the May appeal at £3,336 – a good effort though sadly still short of the £3,500 monthly target for the New Worker fighting fund. Those who helped us on our way included the Sandhurst friend who sent in £100. An Essex friend sent in £30 and the Welsh supporter gave us a score. A Dagenham comrade donated £14 and another from south London sent in £12.50. The June appeal starts now – let’s see what we can do!

The press, as well as the day-to-day running of the Party and the New Worker, relies on the continued flow of donations to the fighting fund. Money is the life-blood of the Party and we rely entirely on the generous contributions of comrades and friends across the country.

Make sure that the communist voice is heard every week in every factory, office and neighbourhood across the country by supporting our efforts with donations. Every contribution, big or small, counts. Help us put the communist answer to the capitalist crisis back on the street by maintaining and broadening the circulation of the New Worker. Help us in the fight for peace and socialism. Help us keep up the fight, come what may, by sending in your donations to the New Worker fund.

All donations to the fighting fund help keep our presses rolling. Big or small it all counts. Please send yours to: New Worker Fund, PO Box 73, London SW11 2PQ. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to the ‘New Worker’.
