The Fighting Fund

This week’s post-bag brought in £371 thanks in part to a Chigwell supporter who gave us £130, a Dagenham comrade who sent in £31 and the other comrades who raised £18 at a meeting of the Metropolitan Supporters Group at the Party Centre last weekend. The fighting fund for the month now stands at £3,204. We need £300 to push us over our £3,500 target for February and we’ve one more campaigning weekend to do it!

While the dregs of society who pose as leftists call for nukes for Ukraine the warmongers in Britain, Europe and the United States are working night and day to sabotage the efforts to end the fighting.

That’s why solidarity with the people of the Donbas and the anti-fascist resis tance in Ukraine must go on. It’s part of the anti-war struggle that has closed ranks with the anti-imperialist movements to build the biggest Palestinian solidarity campaign in Western Europe. We are part of that struggle – and we do our best to get the communist voice heard on the street and in the offices, factories and estates of our country.
