We raised £620 for the fighting fund last week, including £516 at our Marx reception in London and £100 donation “in memory of Sid French” the founder of the NCP. The March appeal now stands at £1,025. We need to hit the £3,500 mark by the end of the month to guarantee the survival of the New Worker.
War abroad and austerity at home. That’s all Labour and the rest of the parliamentary pack have to offer workers these days. Millions eke out a miserable existence on benefits or bread-line wages and the rich flaunt their wealth with impunity. These high castes think their rule will last forever. We must prove them wrong.
Our paper is the only communist weekly in Britain. Help us counter the lies of the bourgeois media that are rammed down our throats every day in the mainstream media. Fight to get the communist answer to the capitalist crisis heard on the street. Campaign for national liberation and peace.
