We topped our £3,500 monthly target this week thanks to supporters who included the Welsh comrade who sent in £200 and an East Anglian supporter who donated £46. A comrade in Berlin gave us £50 and another German sup porter sent in £30. It all came to £607, giving us a grand total of £3,563 for May!
Although we’ve been set back by almost a week of broadband failures we are now back on track. The service from our internet provider was restored on Friday after an afternoon of work on street lines where the fault was eventually found. This edition is being despatched late but we are aiming to get back on schedule next week.
We’re going to keep the New Worker going for as long as we can and for as long as it’s needed on the street – and that’s where we belong – campaigning for peace, putting the communist alternative back on the agenda and building the communist movement. Speed the day!
