TIME TO CHANGE

Now that this poor excuse for a government  has finally called a general election , we are undoubtedly being bombarded with idle promises and spurious statistics from all major parties. We  expect  this of the Tories but we expect more and better of  the Labour  Party - whether under its guise of  "New Labour" or  not.  If  Labour  win

also insist on an  adherence to the agreements laid down in  "Agenda 21"  that the British government subscribed to in Rio De Janeiro,  including the importance of trees in both our   urban and rural environments and commitment to (Turn to page 2)
